Fee Structures
Consulting projects are priced at a standard rate of $250 per hour. Project scopes are typically determined in conversation with clients prior to the start of a project. We can occasionally accommodate projects with a rushed timeline at a cost of $350 per hour.
Sliding Scale Services
Sidra understands that sometimes an organization needs assistance but may not have the funds to collaborate with external partners like us. We are committed to equity and collaborative work wherever and whenever economically feasible for us. If your organization is unable to afford our listed rates, we may be able to offer a sliding scale rate on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a reduced rate, your organization must have an operating budget of less than $500,000 per year in expenses. We may also apply sliding scale prices to larger organizations under special circumstances.
If you are interested in discussing the possibility of a reduced-rate contract, please reach out. We will work with you to determine whether we are a good fit for your needs and to decide together on an appropriate budget and project scope. Sidra can also create a payment schedule for work done, dividing the total project cost into phases payable as each stage is completed.
As a practical guideline, reduced-rate projects tend to be one- to two-month (5-35 hours) in scope and will typically be priced at $150-$200 per hour. To decide on a project budget, we may consider the size of your organization, the kind of work you do, your organizational needs, our own capacity, and any extenuating circumstances your organization is experiencing.
Workshop Costs
We offer in-person and virtual workshops according to the following cost structure. Reduced rates may be available in alignment with our sliding scale policy.
