For the members of Sidra Collaborative – Hadassah, Hannah, Lola, and Martin – 2025 was a rollercoaster year like no other.
Our lives changed dramatically in Spring 2025, when our employment as federal workers came to an end. The necessity of change was thrust upon us, leaving us with more questions than answers. As we turned to each other for support, we asked big (and sometimes scary) questions: What is most important to us? What do we want our relationship to work to look like? How can we build a vibrant future for ourselves and the cultural communities we love?
